  • Once you have purchased one of our Digital Downloads, you will be able to instantly download a pdf file, which will contain links for you to choose either (or both) MP3 or WAV format audio files to download.

    Once you click your chosen file type, your files should automatically start to download straight to your computer.

    We do not recommend downloading the audio files to a mobile device, instead we strongly suggest downloading to a desktop computer or laptop, then using a music management software (such as iTunes or Windows Media Player) to organise your library and then transfer to a mobile device.

    If you have not received a download link within 48 hours or if you have any problems with accessing your downloads, please first check your Spam/Junk email folder, then Contact Us and let us know.

  • You can quickly and easily place an order and checkout as a ‘Guest’ on our website.

    Alternatively, you can also create a Customer Account on our website to manage your information and view previous orders placed on our current site. This will enable faster checkout as your preferences and addresses will be saved.

    Please note, Customers will be required to create a new account from December 2021 due to updates to our website and our ongoing efforts to keep customer data as secure as possible.

  • Customer Account data is occasionally removed from our online servers and stored internally. This usually happens at times we have refreshed and updated our website. We do however, keep internal records of previous orders placed by customers for our own reference.

    If you have a question relating to a specific order placed, please Contact Us and provide a full name and/or email address used, so we can look into any queries.

  • Domestic orders are usually shipped out via Royal Mail First Class shipping. More expensive orders will be shipped via Recorded Delivery - which is also an option for all orders at the checkout, for that extra peace of mind! Large orders will be shipped via a fully tracked courier service. Tracking numbers will be provided along with a dispatch confirmation email.

    Orders to countries outside of the UK will be shipped by Standard Airmail shipping, unless over £40 or ‘Tracked & Signed’ shipping option is selected at the checkout.

    Please note, there are no tracking numbers supplied with ‘Standard Shipping’ parcels.

  • We aim to ship your order at our earliest opportunity and you will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has left us. Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any delays after dispatch due to the Postal Service, as this is beyond our control.

    If your order has not arrived around the expected delivery times stated below, please contact us so we can investigate further or offer an alternative solution.

  • Our returns & replacements policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase and only applies to items purchased from www.almightyrecords.com. We will require reason and proof of purchase before accepting a return or replacement claim. Our policy only applies to items that are defective, damaged or not as described.
