'Young Hearts Run Free' has been one of our best selling, fan favourites of all time. After it's initial release in 1993, it was then re-released in 2005 as a 12 track maxi CD Single! It featured the original Almighty mixes from '93, plus the Way Out WestLove To Infinity and Paradise Loft mixes. There are also additional mixes from Dancing Divaz, all compiled together to form this classic collection.

The original 'Young Hearts Run Free', was written in 1976 by David Crawford, who wrote the song for Candi Staton after hearing about issues she had whilst in a previous relationship. Crawford said, "I’m gonna write you a song. I’m gonna write you a song that's gonna last forever." and he did just that!
Later released in 1976 on Candi Staton's album of the same title, it peaked at No. 20 on the Billboard Hot 100 singles chart and then at No. 2 in the UK Singles chart.

And now, right here on the Almighty website, Hannah Jones just keeps on giving with her version of this classic track! We have now refreshed and re-uploaded the full 14 track MP3 single, in high quality 320kbps audio quality, specially for Hannah Jones month!
